[Anthill-dev] Trailing Spaces Bug?

Hi All,

I got bitten by the trailing spaces in Project Properties yesterday, 
and I did some googling and found that others had the same problem.  I 
believe I have found the source of the problem, and I am willing to 
submit a patch once I test it.

As far as I can tell it's a one liner in AnthillConfig if you want to 
do it for all references to setting properties.

Is this "feature" a desired function?  I can't really think of any 
reason to allow pre/post property spaces...
