Tinku,

Anthill OS is licensed under a Mozilla like license --
http://www.urbancode.com/licenses/UPL/1_0/UrbancodePL.txt &
http://www.urbancode.com/licenses/BasePL/1_0/BasePL.txt

So, you can either create your own downloadable of your plugin under the
GPL license -- in which case your code would not be integrated with the
Anthill OS code.  Or, if you wnat your code to be integrated with the
Anthill OS code, then your submission would need to be under the license
above -- the Mozilla like license.
