Andre,

I'd have to double check, but I think CVS has a rule where tags can not 
start with a digit. Check in your version file as v1_0_3 and try it again.

Also, this list generally reserved for discussions about changes to the 
code base. For more general questions like this one, you'll probably get 
quicker/better answers on the anthill at lists.urbancode.com list - more 
people are active on that one.
