Patrick,
I haven't seen anything like this either in testing or production. If
you could send us (off list) a ziped up copy of your server/var/db/data
directory, I'd like to take a look and see if there's any evidence of
what's going on. On the off chance that you have a coworker fooling
around with the system, you might want to go to System-> Server Settings
and turn on user auditing. If we get something else strange like missing
or cloned configuration, it would be nice to be able to go back and see
if there was anyone logged into the system making those changes.
