[Anthill-pro] next release

Hi Jeffrey, I'm putting together the change log and release notes. It 
should be available tonight. The installation information is still the 
same as 3.0. It will upgrade your 3.0 instance.

I just posted a new version of 3.1 on the site, so you may want to 
download it again if you had already done so.
