[Anthill-pro] UnitOfWork already exists for this thread

When clicking on various buttons/links in anthillpro I sometimes get the
following error.

    a UnitOfWork already exists for this thread.

If I refresh the page the problem goes away.  Is this a known issue?  I'm
running 3.1.0.b40 on Windows 2003 Server.
