Yep, I was running the tomcat as a service, I've stopped and starting
using the bash file and is working now.

Hi Moises,

first you need to make sure that the user running Tomcat (or whatever
servlet 
container you are using) has access to the
\\mybox.mydomain.com\TWDH_VSS\ 
share (by default if you are running Tomcat as a service, it is using a 
system account that does not have much access). 
The best way to check if it is a permissions problem is to shutdown
Tomcat and 
use the batch startup script from command line to run it again, then try
to 
build the same project. 
Also make sure that the vss client was configured to run on this
machine.
