[Anthill-pro] Aborting a build does not stop the update from the ClearCase

Hi Ivan,

we have problems aborting spawned processes in Windows, my guess is that
you are running Windows?
Due to the limitations of the operating system, we have no way of
aborting procesess that might start in a new console, which is probably
the case with clearcase. We did write a native library for Windows to do
that but it requires a major change in the whole execution module and we
are still trying to evalute the impact the change will have on the product.
Furthermore, we are about to release the next version of AnthillPro
(Anthill3) which is a complete rewrite with a lot of new features and we
might include the new library in it instead of attempting the change in
AnthillPro.

Regards,
Varban
