[Anthill-pro] exceptions and disappearing dependancies

I am plagued by hundreds of the following exception:

com.urbancode.anthill2.module.AnthillModuleException: saveModule()

Source) at com.urbancode.anthill2.impl.project.BuildTrackFactory.saveModuleToRegistry(Unknown
Source) at com.urbancode.anthill2.module.AnthillModuleFactoryImplRegistry.saveModule(Unknown
Source) at com.urbancode.anthill2.build.BuildDefinition.run(Unknown
Source) at com.urbancode.anthill2.impl.queue.DefaultBuildDaemon.run(Unknown
Source)

In addition, build dependancy settings seem to be dissapearing
frequently. These problems seem to have started when we upgraded to
version 2.6.2.19139 but may have also started when we converted from
file to database persistance just before the upgrade.

I tried removing and re-adding all dependancies, but that did not seem
to help. We have a large number of projects, so I would like to avoid
re-building the system.

Any ideas?
