[Anthill-pro] Anthill3 - YesNotask

I have a workflow that contains a job, which contains a YesNoTask.  
This workflow works fine, but when you click on the YesNoTask the
following message appears: 
ServletException: javax.servlet.jsp.JspException: null
How do I fix this?
I have nine of these YesNoTasks on my dashboard how do I get rid of
these?
