Yes, but it's a painful manual process. All the configuration is stored 
in the plain text registry files in the conf directory. Deleted items 
are just renamed to Module_Name_Number_deleted.registry. If you can find 
your project among the deleted ones, you can renamed it to something not 
deleted. You'll also have to open it up to see the source configuration 
used, undelete that, the branches (undelete those), open the branches up 
to see the ids of the build tracks and undelete those, etc, etc, etc.
