I think so. We might do more with them later. But essentially they let
the system know which user made what changes. You could probably whip up
a custom report that compared rates of build breakages on builds the
user committed code on, to builds where the user didn't.
Or we could eventually add a feature that could allow a user to only
show projects on the dashboard that they have committed to recently,
rather than everything they have permission to. The feature links the
change logs to the system users. It's only used for notifications right
now though.
