[Anthill-pro] Moving anthill3 installation

We want to (need to) move our Anthill3 installation to a new directory.
It is install on Linux. I tried doing this once and had a number of
problems. It seems like there are full path names that get saved into
the database. 

Any ideas on how this can be done with out having to redo a lot of
input.
Yes, we know about export/import but that doesn't get everything.
