Remon,

Sounds like the property is not an Project property but a workflow
property.  In Admin > projects > <project-name> > <workflow-name> >
properties tab -- make sure that the property is not there.

Also, you can specify a value for the property that a trigger should
pass in when the trigger is kicking off the workflow.  But, if you added
the property after you created the trigger then you won't be able to do
that.  You'd have to delete and recreate the trigger.

Let me know if this continue to pose a problem.
