Tim,

We strongly reccommend checking in all your build scripts. You could run 
an ant script that is just on the hard drive in either project by using 
the File system repository driver which models a repository integration 
on the file system. In 3.0, you could also hardcode the working 
directory on a source configuration to be somewhere at or near where the 
Ant script is.
