[Anthill-pro] dependancies not copied

Right now that's the expected behavior, although it's not ideal. If you 
have a template project, you could export the dependencies from it and 
import those dependencies into the copied projects. That should get you 
out of having to rewire the dependencies manually.

The development plan calls for revisiting this in 3.1.
