Anthill3 rc2, this happens on all generic jobs on all steps.  But
sometimes it saves the value on certain types of steps but never on
other types of steps; for example: I have a job named Server-Deploy-job
with these steps. It won't save it on Set Working Directory, but it will
save it on Resolve My Artifacts Step, there are two stamp steps and it
won't save those or the Assign Status Step, but the Ant step it saves.

Hi Patrick,

What version are you using?  I tested this in our system and it does 
change the value correctly. Is it only happening on one generic job or 
on certain steps?
