[Anthill-pro] [ANTHILLPRO-2.6] build track without ClearCase update

That checkbox dicates whether Anthill Pro will go get a revision log for 
that build. If you check it, you must also check the "Force" box to make 
it build anyway. It won't dictate whether to do an update or not though. 
The update is pretty much always going to happen. There's more 
flexibility there in 3.x. Do you need the other Clearcase functionality 
though? Perhaps using the File System driver would work.
