We just upgraded from rc2 to 3.0.0, and I still have this same problem.
What should I do?

Patrick,

I double checked with a developer and this is a known issue that is 
resolved in 3.0. We should see that release in the next day or so. At 
that point, you'll be able to answer No to all the questions to make 
them go away.
