[Anthill-pro] cygwin cvs problem when running Anthill agent as a windows service

I configured Anthill agent to run as a Windows service.
 
My CVS client is using Cygwin's cvs and ssh.
 
I was unable to check out code from CVS. Does anyone know how to
configure Anthill agent to work with cygwin?
