[Anthill-pro] Upgrading Agents

My WinXP agents upgraded when I went from 3.2.0 to 3.2.1, but I had to
manually stop and start the service for them for the new version to be
recognized. My Linux agents didn't upgrade and I had to install the
3.2.1 agent manually. From what I understand, versions prior to 3.2.0
won't upgrade.
