[Anthill-pro] Changelog publisher failing

I just ran the file through our transformer and it worked without problems.

What OS and JVM were the agent it was run on and the server? It could be 
that the encoding is specified and "US-ASCII". Maybe we should be 
writing out "UTF-8".
