[Anthill-pro] Bug: cannot change Status Group for existing Cleanup policy

Chad,
	That is true. It was actually something of a conscious decision. The only settings that would carry over from such a switch would be the schedule and the two fields under the "Build Request & Misc" tab.  Also such a change would result in an invalid configuration for every project referencing that cleanup (as it would no longer match the project's status group).
