Naureen,

1. There really is no agent interface, everything is configured from the 
server.

3. This is a common starting issue. Though the agent and server are 
running and communicating, the server can not use the agent quite yet. 
You need to go into the 'System' tab and select the 'Agents' link. You 
should see an entry in the 'Available' agents table with a 'Configure' 
link. You need to click that and give the agent a name as well as put it 
into the Build-Farm by clicking its checkbox.

Now you should be able to build.
