Eric,
	What's the time frame we are looking for 3.2 to rollout.
Even we have similar requirements to use oracle database, we need to get
that rolled out at the earliest (couple of months)

Justin,

I'll have to check to see if 10G has be verified by our team, but I know

that in 3.2 we'll have an installation option to install to Oracle. 
While I'm sure SQL Server support will come down the line at some point,

it's not available yet.

That said, for most installations, the derby backed database should do
fine.
