Justin and Naveen,
3.2 will allow you to install to an oracle installation. We've tried a
few flavors of Oracle with success and aren't doing anything
sophisticated enough in the database to have big compatibility problems.
Converting to the Oracle instance is currently going to be a process of
exporting your projects from the derby database and importing them into
Oracle.
3.2 is on schedule and slated for the first half of Febuary.
