[Anthill-pro] Error when changing Subversion

We weren't able to reproduce this. Could you sanity check the version by
upgrading to 3.1.2. If it's still doing the same thing, we'd like (off
list) a copy of the data/db directory so we can see if its data related.
Otherwise it's environmental which would be really interesting.
