There is no way to automatically schedule Archival of build lifes at this time.  The actually process is much more involved than simply a status; there is an entire specialized workflow/job under the hood that handles the archiving & un-archiving process.  

We definitely have this feature on our roadmap, though the specific time frame for implementation has not been nailed down yet.
