[Anthill-pro] Troubles with users doing builds

OK, so the issue was that I had a dependent project, that I did not give
the user permissions on and that was causing the error. Might this be a
bug? I would think that AHP could return that you do not have
sufficient writes on a dependency. Anyhow now I am in business...
