Huh? I have tried this with every release since 3.1 and it has never 
worked.

You owe it to the community to go upload 3.3.2 with the fixed packaging.

It appears we broke it with a recent change to the installer. I have
filed a issue.

You can manually update the agents, or you can hack the
agent-upgrade.zip. You would need to include dbunit-2.1.jar from
anthill3-install/lib/install in the agent-upgrade/lib directory.
