Shalu,

The Ant script that is being executed is failing for some reason. On the 
screen you forwarded, there is a output link next to the failed step. It 
contains the output of the Ant script execution and most likely the 
cause of the failure. Please check that out and send the contents of it 
in if its not obvious what the problem is.
