Ryan,
That's good to hear. What seems odd to me is that if we are using
repository triggers, and we are, then we would never need Pull (top
down)dependancy management but just Push (bottom up).

Curtis,
The event trigger for push dependencies will trigger a build if a new
build life of any of its dependencies completes. You would create a
dependency on A's workflow to B's workflow, then create the trigger on A.
In our next release we will have enhanced support for pushing builds
because the trigger mechanism can produce extra builds depending upon
how your dependencies are structured. You won't need to create a trigger
anymore, it will just be an option on the dependency configuration.
