[Anthill-pro] Ant 1.7 ant.bat for AHP 2.6.1

There is not a new ant.bat for 1.7. I believe the 1.6.x should work. The 
issue with the ant.bat files is that they do not correctly return the 
exit code of Ant. I think this is because they have extra lines in the 
file after the Ant invocation. You should be able to remove those.
