[Anthill-pro] Skipping quiet period

Can you use the "Force" option to skip the quiet period in a build
started from the UI?

No, I meant in the UI, after checking in some source, where it says
"Determining quiet period (abort)", could it say "Determining quiet
period (abort, skip)" and if you click on the SKIP link it will
immediately build instead of waiting out the quiet period.
