[Anthill-pro] AHP 3.4.0 Maven 2 support

Chapter 27 of the AHP documentation explains how to install the Maven 2
patch. When I follow the instructions for Maven 2.0.5, the m2.conf file
gets updated as explained in the docs. When I install the patch for
Maven 2.0.7, the m2.conf file does not have the "load
${maven.home}/patch_lib\maven2-cme-patch.jar" line. Additionally, Maven
2.0.7 does not have the "[plexus.core.maven]" entry for a base install
of Maven 2.0.7. 

 

If I add the "[plexus.core.maven]" entry to the m2.conf file for Maven
2.0.7 and then run the patch installer, the "load
${maven.home}/patch_lib\maven2-cme-patch.jar" line is now added to the
file.

 

Was support for Maven 2 builds tested with both Maven 2.0.5 and 2.0.7?
Is there anything different with how Maven 2.0.7 acts compared with
2.0.5 that we need to be aware of when building from AHP?
