I would argue that the first thing they are going to do is set up the
server and get an agent or two online. There is plenty to do before your
first project and even then the Repo, once set gets very little return
visits.

Yeah, it's awkward naming. The main thought is that new users to
AnthillPro are going to need to start with creating a new repository, so
that's placed front and center. We'll probably reshuffle things a bit on
that page a bit more though.

Perhaps a top left that is "Fundamentals" with life-cycle model,
repositories, etc.
