installations to a new server

Samuel,
How many projects do you currently have configured? It might be
easier/faster to reconfigure everything. There are many things that would
have to be changed in order for the server to just pick up and start
working. External URL, Bind Ip (as Varban mentioned) and all of the IP's in
the agent.properties file and any of the configuration files on Tomcat,
etc.
We are working to make the import/export project more efficient, so that you
can export your project from one instance, and then import it into another.
This too is also a decent route to try.
