[Anthill-pro] Upgraded to Anthill 3.4, getting an error trying to install service (Windows 2000)

When I try and run "ah3server install" on a Windows 2000 server, I get the
following error:

[2007-11-28 15:21:53] [385  ah3srvc.c] [error]
The system cannot find the file specified.


Missing DLL ?
