[Anthill-pro] Eclipse Plugins

I've tried accessing the Eclipse plugins using the documentation provided,
i.e. http://server/eclipse/update, however I am unable to find it using our
local Anthill server.  Can anyone tell me where I might be able to find the
plugins?
