[Anthill-pro] Access to results of GetClientInfo command

Chris,
You can set Environment Properties for a specific project, from the
Properties Tab. Once you create the property, you can choose to pass it to
a builder or to set the property in the environment.
Then you good set properties such as P4PORT, etc.
