[Anthill-pro] Agent Env Variables reload

Environment variables are reloading upon restarting the agent, with two exceptions: ANT_HOME and JAVA_HOME. These are defined during installation and recorded in the script that starts the agent. You can edit the ah3server.cmd or ah3server.sh depending upon your platform.
