It is but I am pretty sure the issue is on our end as I don't have the 
same issue from a windows agent. I could use any details about how these 
processes start though as there may be a clue.

Is this still as issue for you?  Is there any other error message our 
output, perhaps on the server log that might lend some more information?

AHP was creating a 'job'. The Build Request fails to even get started. 

It only happens when I re-direct my working dir onto my NAS but what sems 
odd is that the file structure is owned by my ahp user account. So I am 
trying to understand, in detail, what happens when a build request begins. 


Within the jobs folder there are folders that match the job id, are those 
created by a user other than the one that AHP is running as? 

I will pursue this with my engineering team as well since it is worth 
pointing out that I do not have the same issue on a windoze based agent, 
just my *nix boxes. Though, via the command line I can do everything that 
would seem needed as my ahp user.

What were you trying to do when you received this error?  I apologize for 
not knowing exactly what you are referencing when you say you are trying 
to "spawn a process"
