[Anthill-pro] Upgrade question

I am very new to Anthill Pro. My company is currently using version 2.6.
on a separate server.I have been tasked with installing an eval version
of the latest (3.3.3) on my machine and "importing projects" from the
older version to the newly installed version on my box.

First, I cannot seem to get to the application via my web brower, I get
page cannot be displayed when I use IE with this url:
http://localhost:8084/AnthillPro/admin. I am using 8084 because 8080 is
being used by the other machine. I followed the installation
instructions on your web site. 

Second, is there a way to keep all my scripts and projects that are set
up in the older version, i.e. import into the new version or something?

Would appreciate any direction you could provide.
