Lisa,

What directory do you have anthill3 installed in?  Also, can yo make sure
Java is on the CLASSPATH as well.  Did you try installing anthill in the
Program Files directory?  If this is the case, would it be possible to try
to install it in a different directory for testing purposes.

something like  C:\anthill3
