[Anthill-pro] Adding commit user to JIRA comment

Chris,
It looks like we're not giving the script enough information to do this
kind of thing. We could definitely list out all the users that committed
to this particular build (it would be ugly, but doable), but the script
that generates the user controlled part of the comment is unaware of
which issue, or change is being discussed. It just knows things like the
agent being used, what job is being run, and what build life is being
operated on.
Anyway, I think this is healthy information to include and I'll file
some issues against it.
Anyone else have some suggestions for what should be done here for the
comments applied to any of the issue trackers?
