I believe 365 is still the default. If your license contains a
"user-stale-days" line, that will override the year long window. Any
user the system has ever seen will stay showing up in the Users tab of
licenses. When they eclipse the rolling window, the "Using Seat" flag
should indicate false.
If you think your window is something other than what you expected when
you purchased the tool, contacting sales at urbancode.com would be the way
to go. Like most of the support staff, I know how the licenses work, but
that's about as close as I want to get to them.
