Lisa,

I think the problem could be that we are not expecting quotation marks to be in the JAVA_HOME, CLASSPATH, or PATH. That is a little unusual. Normally it is left up the the consumer of the variable to put quotes around it if needed. This is usually done because programs often concatenate the values with others and it causes problems when you get quotation marks in the middle.

I would try removing the quotes from CLASSPATH, JAVA_HOME and the one on PATH.
