[Anthill-pro] memory error and how to keep memory setting between updates

HI guys

I got an memory heap error, and after that AHP would stop anymore.
Whne trying to force it to stop i would get int he logs:
"Shutdown file is present! Is the server running?"
But it wouldn't go down.
The only solution was to manually kill the process.

I changed the the JAVA_OPTS in the server and agent scripts, but will
them be overwritten after an update? Is there another way of setting
this outside the start script? (eg: sys variable)
