[Anthill-pro] AHP 3.4.13 Changes for a build

Hey Guys,
  I have 2 publish changelogs. One from the last success status and
another from the last released status. These 2 are in different jobs
because of the limitation that they product similar file names as their
output. The success changelog is published first and then the release
changelog. 
  Anyway, once the build is over, If i look at the changes tab, it shows
me info that matches the changelog from the released status. I tried
reversing the order so that the release changelog is published first and
then the success one. This does not change anything. 
  What should the "Changes" tab actually display? I believe it should
display whatever changes happened since the last build, irrespective of
success or failure. But I presume you guys link it with the output of an
explicit publish changelog step, whatever be the status that publish
changelog links against. What is the approach that others follow ?
