[Anthill-pro] Anthill Pro not creating baselines

Hi,

I have two builds for a project. one is the Daily Recommend and the other is
nightly recommend.
Both are set to create ears and create and recommend baselines to clearcase.

But since 2 days,nightly recommend is not creating baselines and hence is
not recommending new baselines. The daily recommend is creating and
recommending baselines.

Please give a clue why this is happening?
